0191Handyman operates on a time plus materials basis.We do not charge a call-out fee and our competitive rates are £29 for the first whole hour, each additional half hour is charged at £12.
It has been our experience that 30 minutes is not long enough for most of the repair and maintenance work that we undertake on behalf of our clients. However, we also recognise that some jobs may take less than 30 minutes to complete. As a result, our minimum charge is £24 payable if the work undertaken is completed within 30 minutes of arrival.

All prices quoted above are for work undertaken by one person during normal business hours of 9.00am until 6.00pm Mondays to Fridays. Any other time except Sundays and Bank Holidays the above rates increase by 50%.
Where it is considered necessary or more efficient to use more than one person then the above rates will be subject to a surcharge of 75%.
Travel to collect parts:
We endeavor to carry all parts necessary to complete a job, however, should we need to travel to pick up additional items we would require an additional amount equivalent to one half hour’s labour.
We do not ask for prepayment, but require payment once the job is completed to your satisfaction.
