Tips to save us time and you money
How you can make more efficient use of our services:Before you call:
Walk through your home and list all the small repairs that need to be completed.
Get organised before you make the call. Keep this list near the phone so you can give us a good idea of the job size before we come to your home.
Make a list of other items of concern or ones you think might get worse.
Decide if you can afford to have all the jobs done at once or if you want them done in phases. If you want them in phases, prioritise what you want done first.
Have delivered any large items that you’ve specially ordered (laminate flooring, flat pack furniture, bathroom suite etc.)
Where you have a specific item in mind (particular style of tap, door handles, paint shade etc.), either purchase this yourself or call us with the details so that we can have this with us when we arrive. If possible try to remove any obstacles from around the area where we will be working
Provide our handyman technician with the list of tasks that you have already compiled.
Consider walking through your home and describing each of the repairs.
Have any items that have already been purchased/delivered readily to hand.
